Custom Grinding & Micronization
We micronize materials down to approximately three microns using advanced Jet and Mechanical Milling systems, supported by quality control to verify results and ensure consistent particle size.
Delumping, Screening, & Classification
Using our Stirrup-Type Hammer Mill, we provide mechanical grinding, milling, and delumping to prepare bulk materials for further processing or final use. Our screening and classification systems ensure restored flowability and consistent, targeted particle size distribution.
Blending & Homogenization
Our Paddle and Ribbon Blenders ensure materials are mixed to your exact specifications, delivering consistent, uniform results for both wet and dry powders and specialty materials.
Drying

Our Easton, PA facility is equipped with a wide range of processing systems designed for flexibility and precision.
We operate multiple jet mills capable of micronizing materials to 3 microns, along with hammer mills, crushers, and delumpers, for efficient size reduction. Our blending systems include paddle and ribbon blenders with capacities up to 150 cubic feet.
